Lynn Boggs
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Boggs became our chief executive officer and a director in December 2005 when we merged with Captiva, a company of which Mr. Boggs served as chief executive officer. Before founding Captiva in March 2005, Mr. Boggs served as president and chief operating officer of InterCept, Inc. (a provider of technology products and services for financial institutions) from February 2002 until March 2005. Before that, Mr. Boggs served as the chief executive officer of Towne Services (a provider of services and products that process sales and payment information and related financing transactions for small and mid-sized retail and commercial businesses and banks, which we acquired in 2001) from February 2000 until August 2001.
Henry M. Baroco
President, Retail Merchandising Service Automation (RMSA)
Mr. Baroco currently serves as our president of RMSA, a subsidiary of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., a position he assumed on April 23, 2008. Previously, Mr. Baroco served as our chief operating officer and president. Prior to joining Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., Mr. Baroco was senior vice president and general manager of the vendor finance division of CIT Industrial Finance, and served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Norwest Equipment Finance. Mr. Baroco also spent more than 19 years with GE Capital, where he last served as national sales manager of its vendor finance business.
Brian R. Geisel
Executive Vice President, Enterprise Payments
Brian Geisel was named Executive Vice President of the Enterprise Payments Division of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., upon Goldleaf's acquisition of Alogent Corporation in January, 2008.
As the founder and CEO of Alogent Corporation, Mr. Geisel has more than 20 years of financial industry experience and is an expert on worldwide payments systems. His pioneering work in open-architecture deposit and payment processing systems has helped financial institutions around the globe benefit from the efficiencies gained in their transition from paper to electronic processing. Prior to launching Alogent in 1995, Mr. Geisel was responsible for delivering consulting projects for large remittance and bank payment processing systems to Global 1000 clients.
Daniel G. Owens
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Owens currently serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Owens joined Goldleaf in December 2007 as senior vice president of finance. He was
promoted to executive vice president, chief accounting officer in May 2008 and assumed
the duties of chief financial officer in August 2008.
Owens joined Goldleaf from ARRIS, Inc., a publicly held, $1 Billion communications technology company where he served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for more than 2 years. Prior to ARRIS, he served as vice president of Finance for InterCept, Inc., a publicly held, $250 million banking technologies service organization in Norcross, Ga., which was acquired by Fidelity National Financial in 2005.
Mr. Owens also held controllership and internal audit roles with Saint Gobain, Inc., a world leader in the production, processing and distribution of materials. He began his career as a financial auditor with the accounting firm, Ernst & Young, LLP.
David L. Peterson
Executive Vice President, Payment Solutions
Mr. Peterson currently serves as our executive vice president of Goldleaf Payment Solutions division. Mr. Peterson assumed this position in February 2006, in connection with our acquisition of Goldleaf Technologies, Inc., which provides ACH and Remote Capture/Deposit origination and processing services. Prior to joining Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., Mr. Peterson served as an executive vice president of Goldleaf Technologies, Inc.
W. Todd Shiver
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Shiver became our executive vice president of financial institution sales on December 9, 2005 and became executive vice president, sales and marketing, on April 24, 2006. Mr. Shiver served as senior vice president of Captiva from April 2005 until he joined us. Mr. Shiver served as senior vice president of client services for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., a financial institution sales and services company, from November 2004 until April 2005. Mr. Shiver also served as the vice president of east sales for InterCept, Inc. from December 2001 until November 2004. Mr. Shiver served as senior vice president - national sales manager of Netzee, Inc., a provider of internet banking services, from May 2001 to November 2001. He served as senior vice president - national sales manager of Towne Services from June 2000 to May 2001.
Matthew W. Pribus
Executive Vice President, Information Technology & Operations
Mr. Pribus became our executive vice president of information technology and operations on December 9, 2005. Mr. Pribus served as senior vice president of operations for Captiva from May 2005 until he joined us. Mr. Pribus also served as the senior vice president of operations for InterCept, Inc. from September 2000 until May 2005.
Cheryl R. Schiltz
Senior Vice President, Human Resources/Administration
Ms. Schiltz currently serves as senior vice president of human resources and administrative functions at Goldleaf. Prior to joining Goldleaf in August 2001, Ms. Schiltz held the position of director of North American human resource operations at ClientLogic Corporation from September 1996 to August 2001. Before that, Ms. Schiltz was a human resource officer for a 16-year tenure that encompassed acquisitions in the financial services industry beginning with Buffalo Savings Bank/Goldome Bank in January 1981 (acquired by KeyCorp in 2001) and ending with NationsBanc Mortgage Company after KeyCorp’s mortgage company was acquired by NationsBank.
G. Scot Kees
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Kees joined Goldleaf as Senior Vice President and General Counsel in June 2008. Prior to joining Goldleaf, Mr. Kees was a partner with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a national law firm with more than 400 attorneys and offices in six states where he served clients in the technology, financial and payments industries. While with Nelson Mullins, Mr. Kees practiced in the areas of public reporting, equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions and contract law. Mr. Kees is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the District of Columbia Bar.
